QF - Day Two

A nice return from Friday's games, with both being close as expected. One draw with a penalty shoot-out was a good return.

Today's first game is a repeat of 2006, with Germany and Argentina meeting again. If this game is as exciting as that one, and finishes the same way, I'll be happy. The draw is 3.45.

The second game is a Quarter-Final featuring a strong favourite, with Spain at 1.53. Paraguay under-performed against Japan, and Spain are value to win in 90 minutes. They beat Chile in the group stage, a team who had a higher Elo rating than Paraguay do, and their price that day was a similar 1.52, and were this game not a quarter-final I would expect the price to be shorter. I think class will tell, and Spain will prevail.
